Golf Membership This membership provides access to all facilities and programs of the Club including golf, tennis, swimming and dining. Purchas of the stock in the Club is required and provides for voting privileges. Dellwood Golf Members also enjoy reciprocal golf arrangements with Southview, Rochester, Brackett’s Crossing, Hudson and Hastings. Our members may golf at all of these fine clubs two times per year with no guest fee.
Corporate Golf This membership is held in the name of the corporation. The company designates up to four members under one membership. This membership provides access to all facilities and programs of the Club including golf, tennis, swimming and dining. Purchase of stock in the Club is required and there are voting privileges. Dues are billed on a monthly basis, per member designated. The corporation may change the designated members once annually, based on the anniversary date of the corporate membership. At least one member must hold a Golf membership. Members 2-4 may choose Golf, Social or Pool/Tennis membership.
Intermediate Golf Membership For those under the age of 40. This membership provides access to all facilities and programs of the Club including golf, tennis, swimming and dining. The initiation fee may be paid in equal installments until the age of 40. Purchase of stock in the Club is required at age 40 and provides voting privileges. Dues are billed on a monthly basis and are discounted based on age.
Limited Golf Membership This membership provides access to all facilities and programs of the Club. Limited Golf Members may golf on weekdays before 11:30am and after 3pm. Limited Golf members enjoy full access to the pool and tennis facilities. Stock purchase is not required.
Limited Non-Resident Golf Membership For those that have a permanent, primary residence more than 100 miles from the Club. This membership enjoys unlimited access to the pool and tennis facilities and may play 20 rounds for each spouse. Stock purchase is not required.
Pool/Tennis This membership provides access to all facilities and programs of the Club. Pool/Tennis members may golf twice per month and are responsible for guest green fees for themselves and up to three guests. Stock purchase is not required.
Social This membership provides access to all social and dining programs of the club. Social members may golf once per month and are responsible for guest green fees for themselves and up to three guests. Stock purchase is not required.
